What date should I rsvp by?

We would love to have you all celebrate with us! Please RSVP by May 1st. We must provide a final guest count to all vendors. No changes may be made past May 1st.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

If we do not receive your RSVP by May 1st, it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you but we must provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for your understanding!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and the seat. The ceremony will begin at 5 PM, please plan to arrive by 4:30. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until ceremony completed.

What is the Dresscode?

Dress to impress! Our Formal or Black Tie Optional, meaning women should wear midi or floor-length dresses and men should wear suits with ties. Pastel and spring colors encouraged!

What is the wedding venue address?

The wedding ceremony & reception will be held at Haseltine Estate: 1303 S Farm Rd 115, Springfield, MO 65802

Can I bring a plus one?

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

Are children invited?

While we love our little ones, this is an adults-only occasion, with an exception for those children who are a part of the bridal party.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning we ask that all phones be put away and silenced once the ceremony begins. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

During the cocktail hour, we will have a charcuterie board to graze. For the reception, it will be a served buffet with a choice of two different kinds of chicken, salad, vegetables, potatoes, and bread. Cake for dessert OF COURSE!

Will there be an open bar?

YES! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please arrange proper transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking! Overnight parking is NOT permitted at the venue.

Where do we park?

The venue has sufficient parking for all of our guests. However, we recommend carpooling to minimize parking. Please note NO cars can be left overnight. All cars must be removed at the end of the evening. Please plan accordingly by carpooling, having a designated driver, or ubering.
